The last version of the Triumph T160 is said to be an exciting motorbike machine that had excellent road handling characteristics and top end power. The Triumph Trident T160 750cc is a classic motorcycle in its own right that was first introduced to the public in 1968. Production of the Triumph Trident T160 750cc lasted from 1969 through to 1976. In the early 1970's the Triumph Trident T160 750cc motorcycle had a brilliant racing record that made it famous throughout the world and with a maximum speed of 120mph it had a smooth, low contour and loads of instrumentation. As you can see from the photograph above the Triumph Trident T160 is a sweet and handsome looking machine with swept back handlebars, upswept silencers with an exceptionally attractive petrol tank and a low seat for riding comfort. despite its victories of four successive wins on the Isle of Man and victories in the USA production ended in 1976. |
