The story of the British manufactured Triumph bikes and of the big British of the 1960 through to the 1970's period. The Triumph Bonneville was to prove one of the most enduring motorcycles. The Triumph Bonneville developed by Norton Villiers Consortium to meet the ever-increasing sales potential for the big capacity British machines in the United States of America, where the Triumph Bonneville became the most celebrated of all the Triumph motorcycles and although its power unit was developed from the famous Speed-Twin engines dating from the late 1930s, it was indeed a magnificent motorbike machine. Originally a 650cc, the Triumph Bonneville engine was later developed into a 750cc. The Bonnie was produced in two forms, one with flat handlebars and the other with high risers which was intended for the American Market. The Japanese Kawasaki W 650 Cruiser Motorcycle is a sure replica of the beautiful original British Triumph Bonneville Bike. | | Triumph Motorbikes |
