A short history of the Honda Motor Company formed by Soichiro Honda: Before establishing the Honda Motor Company, Soichiro Honda first set the Honda Technical Research Institute in Japan in 1946, then he proceed to formed the Honda Motor Company in 1948 but then Soichiro Honda wanted to expand his business further a field to distribute his products to the world. Hence, in 1959 finally succeeded in opening the first Honda store in the United States. Honda not only produced cars and motorbikes.
