This Digital Photograph of a Honda Gold Wing GL1500SE Interstate Motorcycle as shown above was taken on location in the parking area of the Excel exhibition centre in London on 4th February 2007. Compare to other Gold Wing bikes the Honda Interstate has no slow speed reversing system. This Honda Gold Wing GL1500 Special Edition giant of a motor bike was produced by Honda Motors for the American market and imported into the United Kingdom by the present owner. However, looking back over the years to 1974 when Honda Motor Company introduced their first Honda Gold Wing GL1000 with transmission situated under the engine of the bike, similar to that of a motor car. It was a first time innovation for motorcycles, and since that time Honda's Gold Wing bikes has annihilated all competitors. |
